GIG—Genpact Ideas on the Go or GIG is amobileapplication for Genpact employees for facilitating thesubmissionof process improvement ideas. The application giveson-the-moveaccess to all Genpact employees to submit Lean ideasfrom theirmobile. In addition, it is an intuitive, simple,andpassword-secured application, which is built only forGenpactInternal use. The ideas that are submitted are implementedwith thehelp of Lean Tools and Methodology. Built internally by theGenpactmobility team, the GIG application currently works only onAndroidand iOS phones.
